Most of my clients book a 1-on-1 ThriveCart Tech Help call (1 hour) with me and that’s plenty of time to solve most of their problems or and answer any questions.

If you’re looking to do multiple tech integrations or have a lot of questions (that’s totally okay!) then you can book 3 calls at a discount.

What is a ThriveCart Certified / Preferred Partner?

ThriveCart support needed a group of vetted providers in order to facilitate work that they simply could not accomplish on behalf of their customers. I was chosen as one of the original 15 certified partners to assist their customers with projects that exceeded the scope of normal support.

I was contacted and asked if I would like to participate in the program based on my contribution to the ThriveCart community and the trust that I have instilled in those I have worked with over the past seven years (yes, I’ve used ThriveCart since 2017!).

I don’t know if you can help me or not… what should I do?

Don’t be afraid to message me and ask. I’m all about saving us both time.

What’s is a Discovery Call?

My free discovery calls are meant to be a time for us to talk about your project. I use the word “project” specifically because discovery calls are meant for those who have a ‘larger’ workload for us to tackle, or for me to complete for you.

Typically speaking, discovery calls lead to projects that will exceed 3 hours and exceed $600. Unsure? Book a discovery call. I’ll be able to tell you pretty quick if you should book a tech help call with me instead.

What’s included in the Discovery call?

Discovery calls are truly meant for one thing: learning about your project to provide you a quote. We won’t do any work on the discovery call. Please don’t come expecting to ask how-to questions or use our time for something that should have been asked on a paid tech help call.

What does a the process of booking a paid ThriveCart tech help call look like?

When you book a call (or 3 in my discounted bundle) you’ll find a time on my calendar that works for you. Can’t find one? Message me.

Once you’re booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link inside. Be sure to add our call to your calendar, and when it’s time to join simply click the Zoom link.

Can we go hands-on with my ThriveCart account?

All sessions are meant to be productive. For some, this means going hands-on with your website, ThriveCart account, and other tech stack tools. For others it’s time where we can talk tech ideas, unpack solutions, come up with workarounds, troubleshoot different tools and integrations, or whatever you need to get unstuck or moving forward with your website/business.

If you need hands-on help, then that’s where we will spend our time.

Will there be screen sharing during our call?

Yes, we will use Zoom to facilitate the call. Please be at a computer if you’d like to do more than talk.

I’m happy (and often prefer) to be the one working in your account rather than playing “click here, go here, click that, move that” with you. We can get A LOT more done if I’m at the controls. However, if you wish to be the one driving, it’s entirely up to you.

Will the session(s) be customized for me?

Yes, everything we do will be specific to your business/ThriveCart setup and all coaching will be catered specifically toward helping you overcome any obstacles or challenges you’re facing. The coaching you receive is 100% tailored to your personal needs.

Will you need my logins?

Yes. Please be ready to share your logins with me. I recommend sending them over prior to our call in an email, a shared Google drive link, or via a password manager. Time spent searching for your logins is time you paid for, so don’t waste it!

Do I need a camera?

No, you can join the Zoom call with just a microphone if you wish. I think cameras help us communicate better, but they are not required.

Do sessions need to go a full hour?

If you’re booking a single session, you’re booking the hour with me and I’m going to show up expecting to spend that entire hour with you. If we get you unstuck and moving forward in less time, and you do not wish to use the remaining time, that’s your choice. Any unused time you choose to give up is forfeit and can not be reserved for future calls.

For multiple sessions, they are scheduled in hour-long blocks. I will show up expecting an hour of time with you, but you’re free to use that time or not. However, any unused time does not accrue.

Can I book less than an hour or break up my call into smaller sessions?

No.
