Am I HighLevel’s customer or Convology’s customer?

If you purchase through my affiliate link and own your own account then you are HighLevel’s customer. You get my added affiliate bonuses because I receive a commission for referring you to them. If you need support for your account you must go to HighLevel’s support.

If you purchase a plan (WorkFlows) from Convology then you are Convology’s customer with subaccounts under Convology’s white-labeled HighLevel called WorkFlows. If you need support with your account you can first come to me and if I’m unable to resolve the issue then I will contact HighLevel on your behalf.

I’m an agency owner, are either of these options right for me?

If you do not already have a HighLevel account, I recommend signing up as an affiliate through my link to get my bonuses as a thank-you for the compensation that I receive from HighLevel. The course and community access will be immensely valuable to you. I recommend the $297/month plan as an agency.

What’s included with community tech help?

Community Tech Help includes access to the Tech Help space in addition to Member Events in the Convology community. You can ask any support related questions you have pertaining to HighLevel or anything else in your tech stack.

What does the HighLevel course cover?

HighLevel Master is the ultimate course that teaches how to actually use the platform as a business owner, not as an agency. In the course I cover everything from the initial account setup all the way through automations, funnels, and email use. The course continues to grow as HighLevel releases new features.

Although the course isn’t presented toward an agency-owner audience, many agency owners have told me how useful the course was for helping them to better understand how to use the platform in order to help their own clients.

Can I get unlimited support?

You get unlimited support from me regardless of which option you choose.

Any time you have a question, just post in the Tech Help space in the community. This massively increases the benefit to all members in the community allowing everyone to learn from the questions and support needs of others. If your support concerns are sensitive or private, please DM me in the community. Email support is not available.

Are there additional costs for sending emails, text, phone usage, etc., on the Convology version of HighLevel?

Yes, there are costs associated with sending emails, making calls, sending SMS, etc. You can great a full breakdown of all costs within your account’s billing section. Even if you’re a high-volume user, there are significant savings over using other platforms.

Here are a few price approximations:

Email:
$10 will give you about 12500 emails sent.

Phone System:
Calls: 595 min (~$10)
Texts: 1055 segments (~$10)

💵 Your Account Wallet:
When you opt into these additional use costs, you begin a Wallet with us. The WorkFlows Wallet charges you a fixed amount (default: $10) when you drop below a specified amount. You can adjust the amount you are charged (refilling your wallet credits) at any time. Your wallet balance covers these additional costs which are passed on to you based on your account usage. Your plan comes with an initial credit of $10.

How does the signup process work?

Affiliates
When you sign up as my affiliate you will receive access once you become a paying customer with HighLevel. They regularly offer incentives to end your free trial early. You won’t receive your bonuses until you are a paying customer.

My White-labeled HighLevel
As soon as you sign up you will receive access to your HighLevel account. Your bonuses will be granted shortly after that.

Is there a free trial?

There is a free trial if you go through my affiliate link for your own account with HighLevel. I don’t offer a free trial for HighLevel with Convology’s white-label version.

Note: If you receive a free trial you must wait until it’s over or opt into some bonuses with HighLevel to end your free trial early before you can receive your affiliate bonuses from me.

What if I need hands-on help setting things up or working on something?
