💬 What kind of help can I get?

Think of it like this… if you were emailing me for help and expecting a response, what would you ask? It’s the same thing. “How do I do XYZ…” or “What’s the best tool to do X” or “I’m in this predicament with ABC and I’m looking for guidance on X” or “How do I make this thing work in HighLevel?” … that type of thing. All things that I can answer via email.

💬 Is this text only?

You can send me a written email, a voice memo, or a video like a Loom! However you can best convey your questions works for me. My responses back to you will also be in whatever format I feel is most helpful and efficient to answer your question.

💬 How fast will I get a response?

Expect responses during normal work hours, 9-5 Pacific time. That means you might get a response when you’re asleep if we’re not in the same part of the world. It also means I might be sleeping when you send me an email. But that’s the beauty of this setup. Ask a question, wait for a response.

I typically respond pretty quick.

I don’t guarantee responses after hours or on weekends, but if I have a moment then I’ll answer questions from my email support customers.

💬 Will you go hands on with my tech stack?

Definitely not. Email support is me sending you an email. In that email there might be a video if I feel it’s faster and better to explain over a video response. But I’m not going hands on with your tech stack. You’ll need to book a Tech Help Call with me to go hands on.

💬 When does the email support start and end?

Your email support plan starts immediately when you purchase and it lasts for the duration of the term you chose. Need more help? Book another plan.

💬 Is this a subscription?

No, they’re just one-off terms. Need more help? Buy another.

💬 Can I book a call in addition to email support?

Yes, but they’re separate services. Booking a call does not alter your email support plan in any way and vice versa.
