💬 Does Community Planning come with any buildout?

My Community Planning package is all about planning, strategizing, and preparing your community to be launched. We’re going to choose your community platform, map out all of your automations, map out the onboarding and member experience, outline your member engagement, and either plan or go through your content (if you have it ready or not).

The planning phase emphasizes preparation for my 3C Framework:
1. Connection – Creating authentic relationships with your members
2. Curation – Delivering the right content to the right member at the right time
3. Continuity – Members feel that learning, engaging, and evolving is always happening in your community.

If you need help actually building anything, the Community Buildout package or the Full Package is better for you.

💬 Will there be any hands-on work in Community Buildout or is it all directed?

I love going hands-on with your community platform and tech stack. In many cases, we can get more done when I’m at the controls. If you feel more comfortable, I can certainly tell you “click here, click there” but that will significantly slow us down to the point of being 5x slower. We’ll simply get less done.

💬 Do I need to purchase any tools?

If you’re purchasing my planning package, you don’t need to own anything yet. For buildout, you’ll need to own the platform you choose to use. In my planning package we’ll go over which community platform is best for you and your members.

Email support begins from the time we have our first call, or when you send me your first question over email. Whichever comes first.

Think of it like having me as your personal tech stack support. Instead of having to schedule a call with me, you can ask me your questions via email. You can email me as many questions as you have, any time to you want. Then, I respond back to your questions.
